Pipeline Inspection Permitting System
The Railroad Commission of Texas' Pipeline Inspection Permitting System allows you to search and upload records associated with the RRC’s Pipeline Safety Program, including inspections, fees, incident reports and complaints. The system information is updated throughout the day.
Pipeline operators, who are authenticated users, may also log in to submit and upload applications and other documents for review and approval by the RRC. To become an authenticated user, you must request access from your organization’s designated security administrator.
If you have questions regarding RRC PIPES, contact the RRC via email at Safety@rrc.texas.gov.
