New §3.82 and amendments to other Chapter 3 rules--Brine Production Projects and Associated Brine Production Wells and Class V Spent Brine Return Injection Wells
The following are comments received by the RRC concerning proposed new §3.82 and proposed amendments to various rules in Chapter 3, regarding brine production projects and associated wells. The comment period ended at 12:00 noon on Monday, 12/2/2024. All comments are provided in Adobe Acrobat format.
