RRC Now Accepting Electronic Signature on Alternative Fuel Safety Forms
December 02, 2020As a part of its jurisdiction to regulate the safe storage, transportation and use of alternative fuels, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is now accepting electronic signature on 42 alternative fuel safety forms. The electronic signature will be considered the same as an original signature and has the same force and effect as an original signature.
