RRC Hosts Workshop for Rulemaking Related to Weather Emergency Preparedness Standards
June 30, 2022On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) will host a workshop to hear public comments on proposed new rule 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §3.66, relating to Weather Emergency Preparedness Standards. The workshop will be held at 9:30 a.m. in Room 1-111 of the William B. Travis Building. The proposed rule implements weatherization standards for operators of certain natural gas facilities as required by Senate Bill 3 passed by the 87th Legislature (Regular Session).
