New Year’s Day Holiday Schedule

In observance of the New Year holiday, the Railroad Commission of Texas will close at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and remain closed through Friday, January 2, 2026. Normal business operations will resume at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The Kilgore office of the Railroad Commission of Texas has moved to a new location at 100 Bane Blvd., Henderson, Texas 75652 (For GPS navigation purposes this address is also known as 100 Zeid Blvd.).

The Kilgore office serves the Pipeline Safety Region 3. This region encompasses the following counties: Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Fannin, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston, Hunt, Jasper, Kaufman, Lamar, Leon, Limestone, Madison, Marion, Morris, Newton, Panola, Polk, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Trinity, Tyler, Upshur, Van Zandt, Walker and Wood
