Holiday Office Closure

In observance of the Christmas holidays, Railroad Commission of Texas offices will be closed December 23-27. The offices will re-open at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 30 for regular business. Expedited Drilling Permits will be processed within standard processing times. If assistance is needed, please email Drillingpermits-info@rrc.texas.gov.

The Kilgore office of the Railroad Commission of Texas has moved to a new location at 100 Bane Blvd., Henderson, Texas 75652 (For GPS navigation purposes this address is also known as 100 Zeid Blvd.). The office’s new telephone number is 903-655-1840.

The Kilgore office serves Oil and Gas Division districts 5 and 6. These districts encompass the following counties: Anderson, Angelina, Bosque, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Collin, Dallas, Delta, Ellis, Falls, Fannin, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hill, Hopkins, Houston, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Leon, Limestone, Marion, McLennan, Morris, Nacogdoches, Navarro, Panola, Rains, Red River, Robertson, Rockwall, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Tarrant, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt and Wood.
