Notice to Operators of P-18 Facilities

RRC Launches online filing application for Form P-18 Skim Oil/Condensate Report

The Railroad Commission of Texas is now accepting electronic submissions of the monthly Form P-18, Skim Oil/Condensate Report, through the RRC LoneSTAR application.

Benefits to filing Form P-18 online:

• Immediate submission of the Form P-18 for review by RRC staff;
• Electronic audit of data prior to submittal to reduce filing errors;
• Electronic communication from the RRC for approval or required corrections for processed Forms;
• Ability to edit submitted P-18s if corrections are required;
• Pre-populated month to month information including location details, API or facility details, listed leases, etc. reducing data entry;
• Once the form is submitted online, LoneSTAR will generate a print-friendly PDF. Users will have the ability to view all submitted P-18 Forms and correspondences within LoneSTAR.

If your company is already registered to use LoneSTAR, the company’s Delegated Administrator can assign P-18 filing rights to the appropriate person(s).

Each company must designate at least one Delegated Administrator to manage their LoneSTAR authenticated users. The Delegated Administrator can create new users, reset passwords, inactivate accounts, and perform other administrative tasks for their organization’s users.
