RRC Accepting Comments on LPG Form 16

Application for Examination

The Railroad Commission of Texas is seeking public comment to proposed revisions to the LPG Form 16, Application for Examination. The proposed form amendments are related to recent amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 9 that went into effect January 6, 2020. Also, the revised form will collect information that will be used for propane training course attendance.

Public comments will be accepted through Thursday, March 19, 2020.
