NTO - New Monthly Transportation & Storage Report and Skim Oil/Condensate Report Available

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) has adopted new versions of the Monthly Transportation & Storage Report (Form T-1) and Skim Oil/Condensate Report (Form P-18), related to the execution, and filing of monthly transportation, storage, and injection reports by oil & gas and operators under their jurisdiction.

In addition to streamlining the forms, the revisions to the Form T-1 added:

• lines for the filing operator’s P-5 number and district number on all pages;
• a box to check when submitting corrected reports; and
• a line for an optional email address to be provided to the RRC as a point of contact on Form T-1 submissions.

The revisions to the Form P-18 include the addition of:

• a purpose for filing section;
• lines for out of state waters, oil transfer, and BS&W (Basic Sediment & Water); and
• page VI(A) to support the out of state waters line, and page VI(B) was added to support consolidated Form P-18s.

Effective May 1, 2024, operators are required to file the new versions of the forms and the RRC will no longer accept older versions.
