Holiday Office Closure

In observance of the Christmas holidays, Railroad Commission of Texas offices will be closed December 23-27. The offices will re-open at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 30 for regular business. This session provides an overview for certain authorized activities, minor permits and noncommercial permits issued for the handling, storage, treatment and disposal of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act exempt oil and gas waste. The session will include guidance for waste haulers, hydrostatic tests, recycling of domestic wastewater, noncommercial fluid recycling, and land applications.
